With the holiday season approaching, our usual 2-3 day priority shipping might experience some delays. Orders could take up to 14 business days during this period. You might notice that your order status shows as “pending acceptance” or appears to be stuck in transit. Rest assured, your order is still being processed within the USPS system. We ask that you monitor your tracking numbers closely and reach out to us only if it has been 14 business days or more without an update. After the New Year, our shipping times will return to normal. Please note that our processing time may also be affected, although we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, sometimes even on the same day! Processing your order may take up to 4 business days once payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy holiday season!
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return and refund—it’s that simple! Please be aware that emails mentioning the use of products for human or animal consumption will not receive a response and will invalidate our return or refund policy.
Products Eligible for Refunds:
Any product that remains unopened or unused.
A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).
This guarantee is valid for 60 days, starting from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange but will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
Important Notes:
All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved—please do not return any products before receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We will provide a pre-paid label for returns or exchanges because we believe you shouldn’t have to pay for these services.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 2-3 days of receiving the returned item.
