1. Eligibility
Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, with seals and lot labels intact. Non-returnable (final sale): RUO/research items once shipped; opened consumables; custom/clearance items; gift cards. Unauthorized returns, CODs, or returns outside the RMA window may be refused/returned to sender.
2. Start a Return (RMA)
Email customerservice@lifelinkresearch.com within 14 days with order # and reason (photos if damage/defect). Receive your RMA number and return address. Ship within 14 days of RMA using a trackable method; put the RMA on the label and inside the box. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
3. Damaged / Incorrect Items
Report within 3 days of delivery with photos of: outer box, shipping label, packing materials, and product/lot label. We’ll replace the same SKU or refund if out of stock.
4. Lost / Not Received Orders
$400 ship with signature confirmation. If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 3 days; we’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve based on the carrier’s finding (replacement or refund when confirmed lost).
5. Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method only after inspection (typically 5–10 business days after return receipt). Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Buyer’s-remorse returns may incur up to a 15% restocking fee (applied only to eligible returns; not for defects/our error).
6. Exchanges
Same-item exchanges for damaged/defective/incorrect shipments within the above windows.
7. Cancellations
Free cancellation within 1 hour of order placement if unprocessed. After processing/shipment, use the return process.
