Any product that remains unopened or unused.
A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).
This guarantee is valid for 60 days, starting from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange but will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
Important Notes:
All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved—please do not return any products before receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We will provide a pre-paid label for returns or exchanges because we believe you shouldn’t have to pay for these services.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 2-3 days of receiving the returned item.
